"Why is it better for us to use a trade service over our own staff?"

That is a very fair question and over years of doing this we have discovered the real reasons why we are consistantly a better option.  The most obvious answer is staffing.  It is hard to maintain two individuals, on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to cover only one funeral home.  Most of our calls come from smaller funeral homes who simply cannot keep the staffing it takes to handle a busy day, but keep the employees happy when slow times hit and paychecks are smaller.  The turnover rate amongst part time staff in funeral homes is high because of the uncertinty of work for them. 

That brings us to the second reason, and in our opinion, the most important reason.  Quality is the biggest reason we firmly believe we are the best option for you and your funeral home. Like mentioned above, with a high turnover, you are constantly having to train and re-train staff.  With using a service such as ours, there is the benefit of always knowing that the staff is 100 percent trained.  When all that we do is removals, you get to be very good at doing removals.  Funeral Directors have to wear many hats, as do the staff that work at the funeral home. In our case though, we only have one hat to wear, and because of that, it is a hat we wear with pride. We are subject matter experts when it comes to calls, and that takes a large burden off of a funeral homes shoulder.

We are able to transport the decedent from places such as their homes, hospitals, nursing homes, procurement agencies, coroner's offices, etc. to any of your facilities. On top of that, we can set up times for arrangements, get permission to prep, or even handle some of the immediate care that is needed such as embalmings or storage in refridgeration.
